OttLite FlexArm Plus Lamp Latest Reviews

OttLite FlexArm Plus Lamp Latest ReviewsThis lamp is OK, but doesn't compare to others I've used for darning. (My pet is from bluemaxlighting.com.) The Ottlite may possibly be brighter. It's also extremely loud to adjust the arm. After extremely nearly just so a year, it is no longer usable since the on/off switch has broken. It is stuck and cannot be turned on or off. I bought mine owing to Joann.com and they don't offer exchanges or refunds after 90 days.
- R. Smits

This is my favorite lamp for quilting and sewing. I bought this lamp several years ago, and it is still the acting impeccably and with the first bulb. I just bought a following one to clamp to a table close to my quilting apparatus. The light from all OttLites that I've tried is exceptional and gives you true sign for fabric choice.
- Love My Beagle

I've had my light for about a month, and it's worked fantastically so far. It is easy to adjust to a variety of heights and point in a variety of in rank. It came with a desk-clamp and a heavy base, and I find the base sturdy enough that I can adjust it however I like without it diminishing over. When I bend it completely forward to light something from the front, I place a heavy book on the base just in case; and the base is wide enough to support it. Unlike other reviewers I do not have any issue with sound when adjusting the light; it makes no sound at all.My only complaint is that when I initially got the light; it was a real pain to bed in the bulb; you can't see how it lines up with the holes very well; and I was scared I would break the bulb trying to get it in. I'd say it took me about 5-10 summary of patience trying to bed in the bulb. Since then I have had no complaints at all; and am thinking of getting a second smaller ott light, initially as a companion to this one (only for taking photos, to remove shadows and I'd like a good light that is more portable.

Excellent lamp! Splendid illumination smooth and well spread.I use this for small wood and fake airplanes model assembly and this works splendid!

GE Lighting 24688 GE Lighting Mini Spiral Compact Fluorescent Lamp, 45 watts Latest Review

I approved two of these 45-watt MINI bulbs and as a substitution for expected two GIANT 150-watt bulbs. I returned them, and the substitution order was the same two inexact bulbs! In the time I have atrophied over and over again ordering from broadcast who are any illiterate or incompetent I could have basically obsessed to a hardware store. So much for the convenience of online ordering. Amazon will eventually discontent their fictional feature power.

Bear-lievers: Mercer University is talk of sports world after stunning victory

When you look back years from now to the second day of spring 2014 and recall how Mercer Universitys basketball team toppled the storied Blue Devils of Duke, 78-71, forever remember this:

There were hundreds, perhaps a thousand, maybe more, jammed into the middle of a blocked-off main thoroughfare at the edge of Mercers campus.

For the better part of three early-afternoon hours -- on a workday Friday, mind you -- they rooted, groaned and screamed, and in the end they danced.

There, 200 or so paces from Interstate 75, they ebbed and flowed, at full throat one minute, worried the next. They were a swelling sea of Mercer pride, edge-of-their-seats inhabitants of an open-air Bear cave.

And they were watching the game on a 9-by-12-foot television screen perched on a forklift.

What better scene for a workmanlike win?

A signature win, the sports talkers will deem it -- Mercers March Madness moment in a big, fat orange sun.

In the aftermath, CBS broadcaster Ernie Johnson Jr., a Georgia man himself, a former Macon TV-news anchorman no less, could be heard saying, They are honking their horns down there on the Gray Highway.

In the middle of Montpelier Avenue, a two-lane artery in the shadows of north-campus spires, they were doing far more.

Most of it legal.

One student, though, spoke of making good on a promise to the team. He said hed informed the boys in orange and black, some of them classmates of his, that if they beat Duke in the NCAA tourney, college basketballs circus big top, he would streak through Mercer Village -- sans clothes.

And why not?

Fourteen-seed Mercer had just knocked off three-seed Duke, and it was almost too much to fathom.

People kept saying, We beat Duke, as if to remind themselves that it had happened, that theyd seen it.

Still cant believe it, said Victor Dixon, a truck driver who took the afternoon off to watch. But I was a witness. It happened. We just beat Duke. Mercer shocked the world. Little old Mercer went up to Raleigh and beat Duke in their backyard.

But those at the Montpelier gathering almost missed the best part.

Theyre men

The game wasnt a minute old when one of the fellows whod set up the jumbo TV told a reporter asking how big the thing was said, It doesnt like heat.

He is believed to have been referring to the sunny, 70-degree day, not the hot-shooting Dukies, who early on splashed in 3-pointer after 3-pointer.

But after a half, Mercer trailed by just a point, 35-34.

At the break, Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski knew his team was in a battle. He told a television reporter that the senior-laden Mercer squad is a really good basketball team.

Theyre men, he said.

And in the second half they went to work.

A fan from Houston County named Chris Fesmire, watching there in the throng on Montpelier, noticed that the TV was mounted on a forklift 15 or so feet off the ground.

It was a sight thatd make an engineering-school grad smile. A country boy, too.

Makes me feel like Im back home in Kathleen, Fesmire said.

Next to him, fan Homer Nelson, a retired ophthalmologist and 1955 Mercer grad, soaked in the scene.

Remember now, there was a TV on a forklift and there were lawn chairs set up facing it in the middle of street. Nelson was sitting in one.

This, to me, shows what Mercer can mean to Macon and Bibb County, he said. It makes you proud.

Nearby, women from a local law office were on their lunch break. Asked if theyd watch the second half back at work, a legal assistant whispered, We cant disclose that.

We can win it

As the second half unfolded, the scene morphed from family picnic to high church.

Sandwiches, pizza slices, wings and nachos gave way to nerves.

Mercer nosed ahead 43-40.

Justis Ward, a freshman biology major from Douglasville, began ribbing a seemingly disinterested dorm mate.

I dont think he understands the realness of this event, Ward said. Were in the NCAA tournament, man.

Im feeling it, replied the dorm mate, Alejandro Granda-Malaver, a technical communications sophomore. Im just not super-really hyped. I know anythings possible. We can win it.

Mercer went up 49-48 with 11 minutes left.

A minute later, Duke eased on top, 51-49.

Back and forth it went.

Lets go, Mer-cer! came the chant from a crowd decked out in orange everything. Orange T-shirts, golf shirts, sunglasses, hair bows, earrings. Even the red berries on the holly bushes that flank the Mercer quad took on an orange glow.

With their team in lock step with the Blue Devils, the Mercer faithful booed Dukes coach when he flashed on screen; the Duke mascot, too.

It was 63-63 with 2:30 left when Zach Jackson, a safety on the Mercer football team, gazed out over the crowd and said, This is crazy. If we pull this off, this place is gonna erupt.

Seconds later, the big-screen TV went blank.

Oh my God! Oh my God!

Maybe there was a wire loose. Maybe the screen overheated. The TV guy couldnt tell.

With hundreds of eyes on the now-blank screen, the guy flipped switches and jiggled equipment.

While he did, Duke faded to black.

Mercer took a 65-63 lead with just under 2 minutes remaining. Then the Bears broke it open.

Fix the TV! Fix the TV! someone hollered.

But no one seemed to care. The sound from the broadcast feed played on. Soon, part of the picture returned, just not the part with the Mercer basket.

Then, 19 seconds left.

No picture, but a sound.

A Mercer free throw.

Stripping the net.

Loud and clear, a bear claw of a dagger.

Mercer 74, Duke 68.

Commence bedlam.

Students streamed from dormitories.

Shirtless young men embraced.

Old-timers beamed.

College kids beelined for celebratory brewskis. Others had long since partaken.

I dont even know what to say, said sophomore Chris Walker, a political science major from Miami. Oh my God! Oh my God!

Sherri Moore, an administrator at a local tech school, said to no one in particular, Can you believe it?

She said, I mean, this is the most excited Ive ever been to have my Final Four bracket shredded to pieces.

Then there was student Tony Bernardo.

His hands trembled. His clothes were on. For the time being.

Bernardo, 46, returned to school to study sports management. He said he knows some of the players.

He described himself as the non-traditional guy here ... their uncle figure or whatever. Everybody on campus calls me the old guy.

He said hed just sent the team a congratulatory text message.

I told them I was so happy for them, Bernardo said. And you dont want to know what I told them Ill do if they beat Duke.

Im supposed to run naked through Mercer Village, screaming, Go Bears!

Some day -- or night -- in the not-too-distant future, at an undisclosed hour at the north end of campus, he says he will high-tail it au naturel.

Should be quite the sight.

It will take some doing, though, to match what went down there Friday afternoon.

Mercer fans saw plenty -- more than many of them ever dreamed. They got an eyeful for all time.

Their Bears, theyve already gone streaking.

Right into the national spotlight.

Prime CL060506 Reflector Clamp Lamp with 6-Feet 18/2 SPT-2 Cord, 5.5-Inch Best Reviews

I bought this lamp for photography purposes. I be in this planet in the uk and didn't realise the two pin plug - contacted amazon to find right plug adapter for UK and am still tiresome to decipher this conundrum. very frustrating. I still cannot aid this lamp!! one pin in wider than the other at the tip so finding an adapter is exceptionally difficult. make guaranteed you have the adapter before export and if you do find it - let me know pleasethanks - jen
- jen

This wrap came without the important piece which connects the lamp to the clamp device. Conveniently for me, my sister had just upgraded a reptile tank to one which didn't require her former clamp and I was able to use that to make it work--otherwise I would have had to either return the product or search for compatible pieces in hardware stores. The product otherwise is satisfactory.

Boston Harbor TL-TB-800A3L Desk Lamp, Satin Nickel Buyer Reviews

Defective - did not batter on. Due to enormity of top portion chose to restore as a substitution for of ordering a new one.
- Stephanie Dee

The complaints about the lamp falling over had me worried, but I didn't be inflicted including any problem including this. It illuminates the sheet music fair without it falling over.
- Boris Harmeyer

If your sheet music or music tome sits at the same amount as the base of the lamp you will find its just barely high sufficient to be able to turn the pages.. the keyboard I have has a removable music holder which lifts the books 1" from the vicinity in which the lamp sits and you cannot clear the lamp as turning pages.. . the lamp itself is good feature, well balanced and I am happy with it additional than that detail.. it cant be 18 " highupdate on the piano lamp . i measured it from the underside of the base to the very top of the lamp shade and it is 13.5 inches and only 11.5 inches below the shade.in the ad it says its 18.25 inches high. not even accurate . i ended up mounting the entire lamp on a circular piece of 1.25 creep marble with silicon glue and added 4 small rubber furniture protectors to the underside .. looks great and is now the perfect height . just know the ad description is 5" off.

After purchasing a new Casio AP-420 Digital Piano from Amazon, I was in the promote for a new piano lamp. I was shocked to find that the predictable piano lamp sells for anywhere from 75 to 200 US dollars! I'm sure persons additional lamps are quite nice, but I wasn't in this area to bombard out that kind of bread. Luckily, I stumbled in a roundabout way this lamp on Amazon. It is cute, has a wonderful satin finish, and yes, it even looks nice on my piano - each bit as nice as one of persons hundred dollar lamps, I'm sure. The slant of the arm is flexible, as is the 'tilt' of the lamp head. It requires a 40W or less ordinary base T-Type bulb, which wasn't built-in. If you need a piano lamp and don't have cash to burn, you can't go ill-treat with this one.
- R. Miller

I almost had a heart hit when I saw the prices of piano lamps! I think this lamp is categorically exact! I have it put very low and it has a great heavy base and isn't in the least going to tip over. You need to make sure the levers are tightened where you want them, but they stay put after that. I got a GE Expose bulb for this from Home Depot. It was a couple extra dollars, but the light is much like sunlight. It impeccably illumination up my music. Many times I play at night with only this light and it is all I need. I can't see any wits to spend a chance on a piano lamp when this one is so great!
- Sarah Metzler

The lamp is affordable and skilled looking. I only fancy the light bulb was a piece brighter. You are required to pause at the 40W bulb including this fastidious lamp.
- Pianagirl

I have had this lamp for 2 1/2 being. The close is lovely. HOWEVER, in view of the fact that the very admittance, it was less than great. It is top-gray and tips forwards basically if I chat it by the book to shine over the top of the piano and onto my music. Days gone by the stupid business unbendable to dive off the piano completely when I couldn't catch it in time. Get a in tears with a heavier base. I wish I had.
- Todd A. Howard "Dark Shadows fanatic"

Very nice. Good height, easy to turn on/off, and elegant for a monetary proclamation lamp. Close is well done. No lamp built-in, but this was probable.
- R. Lee

I installes a cfl bulb and love this lamp. It does not have a weigh conundrum. It is value 3 era the price.
- vanatta7

This low-priced element turns out to be of kind feature. Looks splendid for my upright piano. No appeal early me what so always. I don't be inflicted including any tipping issues including it, any. The hair bring about fair in ground the turns in house. You do call for to buy a category T margin (lingering and emaciated), max of 40W.Delightful I bought this set alight ended all the ridiculously high-priced ones out here.

New Jersey blocks Tesla sales in state

Tesla Motors could be shut out of the New Jersey market.

Eric Van SusterenDigital Producer- Silicon Valley Business JournalEmail |Twitter

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission passed a ruling today that will block the sale of Tesla Motors Inc. vehicles in the state, according to Bloomberg, which could ding the company's growth plans.

The rule would require an auto dealers franchise agreement in order to legally sell new cars in the state. But Tesla sells its cars through direct sales from the manufacturer straight to the consumer.

Tesla may have to close its two showrooms in the state, Bloomberg noted.

Tesla said it had been working with Christies administration to continue allowing direct auto sales in the state and that it was shocked to hear the news of the proposed change. CEO Elon Musk accused New Jersey auto dealers of subverting the democratic process to try to block Tesla sales and the company issued a blog post saying, Governor Christies administration has gone back on its word to delay a proposed anti-Tesla regulation so that the matter could be handled through a fair process in the Legislature.

The fight echoes other battles the Palo Alto-based car company has had with mixed results. Lawmakers in New York killed a bill last summer that would have made Tesla sales illegal in the state, but states such as Virginia and Texas have included laws that cut the companys ability to sell cars.

The company said that its vital to sell the cars directly because its technology is relatively new and it sees educating consumers about electric benefits as part of its central mission to speed up the shift to sustainable transportation.

Adesso 3170-22 Eos LED Desk Lamp, Satin Steel Reviews

I love the aesthetics of LED desk lamp and the brightness level. However, it provides a very small circle of light.
- DJ "ProShopper"

it provides exact lighting pro my conception so far does not shine on my eyes. The price is steep pro a lighting contrivance, keep pro I estimate that's what it takes.
- Bin Yan Liu

The overhead set alight in the room with my computer was just not enough set alight. I looked for weeks and finally decided on Adesso-Eos. There is no assembly other than removing the wrap. The goose-neck allows me to place the lamp behind my larger computer flat screen, not interfere with the screen view and it illuminates the full keyboard and 6-8 inches beyond on all sides. This was what I was looking for. Just perfect. Glare, just move it around. No extra excitement. Easy on-rancid switch. I have only had this lamp a couple of weeks, but I see no down side at all.

Cal Lighting BO-2165TB-BS Table Lamp with Metal Shades, Brushed Steel Finish Latest ReviewsIt was packaged well and arrived with no problems. The base is substantially heavier than I planning it would be which is a good thing. Seems to be well-owing to.
- Christopher S. Guder

..the feature is not brilliant. Mine came with 2 very tiny dimples on the base, and a noticeable scrape. The Chinese factory building this also did not sterile it well---oil filtrate was all over the arms.My chief annoyance is the way the wire exits. Photos unrepresentatively don't show the wire, seems many manufacturers do this, yet it is indeed part of the look. The wire on this unit exits well privileged than the base, and is above all noticeable. Soothe debating whether or not I will keep it.

Exceptional quality and splendid fee.Can be moved into many different positions which makes it reasonably practical.Too bad it isn't LED or Halogen light bulb!

Ikea 201.696.58 Jansjo Desk Work LED Lamp Light, Black Recent Reviews

This started out as the perfect pc light pro me, save pro almost 6 weeks later is constantly flickering, dimming, shutting off. It's Ikea/despondent-expense. I think the conundrum is in the toggle batter, and in tension I can batter it out pro a better lone. If not, it's garbage. At least it was inexpensive, although including the intention of's not why I bought it. It's just so what I call for -- if it single worked.
- J. Breese "wewillbegods"

I wish I had read additional's reviews a propos issues with the switch before I purchased this manufactured goods. With about 3 months, the switch shorted out and the lamp single facility for a few minutes at a calculate before shining out. Shaking the switch fixes the conundrum for single a further few minutes. What a hassle! Not a big transact business, I planning, I'll have the vendor exchange it under warranty. Which brings me to my next enormous doubt, and therefore the 1 star assess. QQ-Vehicle refused to exchange the defective section in check over of the fact with the intention of I had dead ended the very fleeting warranty period. In addendum, Amazon would not put difficulty on them to exchange the section any, leave-taking me quite disappointed in Amazon. As an Amazon faithful, this missing me quite upset.Do not hold this manufactured goods, or any additional manufactured goods from QQ-Vehicle. They have poor business practices.SVC
- Shawn Carlisle "Carlisle Review"

I love this modest lamp! Here in the Caribbean (everywhere electricity expenditure 4-era what it did back in the states) you do all you can to cut gripping treatment, and this modest 4.2W LED lamp is exact! It's practically astute for studying and also doesn't yield any noticeable heat. Gathering was easy (just screw in 2 phillips-head screws). So I approved 3 more.
- M.

This light is magnificent, especially for my usage, in almost each way.Initially is the price, which is $9.99 at Ikea, unquestionably a move quietly for what you get. Paying $20 for it online is acceptable if you are not near an Ikea, so I can understand that.Second, it is LED. LEDs are superior not only because of their light efficiency, but also compared to CFL lamps, they don't have mercury in them, and do not emit nearly as much UV rays as CFLs do.Third, its brightness is suitable for my usage - which is studying or doing homework while another person is sleeping in the room, it is bright enough to read by (I would say roughly 200-250 lumens, its 4.2W), yet dim and focused enough so that someone sleeping in my room would only just notice the light. The light is mainly a spot light, which is good for reading, and it spills a bit, which is useful for no matter what thing else not requiring detail. I would say that it creates a 1.5x1.5 foot spot light around 1 foot higher than my desk, at a affront angle. The switch is collectively to the wire, about 6 inches away, which can be an subsidy or a disadvantage, depending on how you look at it.The neck cranes and bends well, as it does not sag much or no matter what thing after you position yet. The neck itself is made out of metal, while the rest of it is fake. The head does get warm while it is on, but you can still directly hold on to it for a long time without feeling uncomfortable. The only thing I dont like about this is the point. Yes, its function. Yes, the base is compact. However, it just doesn't look very nice to me. The fake isn't the nicest looking fake, and the point in all-purpose is just eh. But, as I said, it works.A quintessential Ikea product. Simple, functional, low-cost, efficiently made.
- Ro

just elected lone up at ikea. great little lamp- extremely flexy stem. skilled stain-focused light. i doubt anyone cares, save pro if i had to guess i'd display the lense bends the light out at about 60 degrees (30/feature)... shine it at a 90 degree angle at a flat go up and the diameter of the light circle is slightly better than the distance early the lens to the go up go shone in the lead. extremely evident stain- not diffuse light.
- just another engineer

Love this little guy. For the price, it's fantastic. It was recommended to me by a friend, and I use it on my work table as a spot lamp. It has been great. Very, very bright for such a small lamp, and it is solidly constructed & points firmly wherever you direct it. I could get another for my desk. While it is bright, it is somewhat concentrated - does not cover a enormous area. Would be good for a desk lamp as it does not take up much go up space, and I find it extremely helpful as a task set alight for doing detail work. There is a tiny bit of assembly required, but I am a complete moron and it only took me about a minute to "assemble" the base. I highly recommend this little lamp.
- El Guapo

Ikea merchandise often seems to me to be suitable mostly for those whose tastes match Ikea's eccentric design philosophy, but this fastidious product may not be right even for die-hard Ikea fans. A few equipment to deliberate before purchasing this product: - The gooseneck is about 19" long, importance it's trying to position without an unaesthetic, hulking appearance. - The light beam is extremely narrow. At 8" above the desk, it illuminates only a 9" circle. - The thrash is on the potential cord, about 12" from the base, importance one cannot hang the potential cord off the back of the desk. - The lamp has a wall-wart potential supply.I'm sure the product is well made, but the design is really not suitable for my own, personal workspace.
- SkipRD

Backstory: I got two of these lamps, and both flickered from day 1. Therefore the critique in this review cannot be dismissed as a one-off.The lamp is as good as anything out there, once the switch is replaced. Seems Ikea -- whose harvest are ever leading the race to the underneath in quality, consistency and toughness -- saves pennies per unit by using a very cheaply and poorly designed/manufactured switch. Bowled over?Easy to remedy, if you have an amateur's skill with electricals. The tie inside the switch is the "pinch" kind, aka "insulation dislocation" type, which is why the light flickers or just stops working. Ikea could care less, of way. But there's no need to toss the lamp away, without at smallest amount giving this a try first.Step by step fix for a flickering lamp.Tools: phillips screw driver, wire ring fence clippers, wire strippers, hammer, eye protectionGo to a locally owned hardware pile, and buy a Leviton release pole cord switch, cat no. 5410, or equivalent. Leviton 5410 Machine Switch, Feed-Through Switch Rocker, Release Pole, Release Toss, 3A-125V AC, Auburn (Don't buy the pinch kind. It won't work, since this lamp does not use standard gauge lamp wire. Also, I can't urge export an inline dimmer, since this is an Ikea product we're discussion about, and it could easily melt or leak meatball gravy or lingonberry juice.)Unplug the lamp, and take out the existing lamp switch by smashing it with a hammer. Yes, you have to smash it, don't cut the wire.Put on safety glasses or some sort of eye safeguard, and hold the switch sideways (seam up) on something hard and well supported, like a concrete stump or doorway threshhold, not a table or countertop. Hammer the switch straight down on the seam. Two or three well positioned whacks, and you get the halves to tear open sufficient to tear them apart by hand. You'll see two affect, one cut, the additional continuous. Pull out both affect. Discard and banish all additional planning of the now-broken and defeated corpse of the worthless Ikea switch.Cut the ends of the already cut line, removing the "pinch" connectors. Discard persons too. Don't cut the uncut half of the wire.Strip the insulation from the ends you just cut, about 1/2 inch.Open the casing of the new switch, and you can easily see where your exposed wire ends must go. (Twisting your wire ends before wrapping and tapering under the lead screws helps. The Leviton business comes with instructions and diagram, but you can snub the polarization come forth, the plug used in this lamp is not polarized.)Put your new switch back collectively, and you must now have something almost no one else on Earth has even seen: an Ikea Jansjo lamp which will in fact work -- in anticipation of the bulb burns out, that is. Estimate I'll enter a additional review when that time comes.
- B. Benton

This lamp bunged effective including about 1 month of exceptionally light aid. We single old it pro 15-30 mins all night to look into his bedtime stories. The lamp is distinguished on a table where my child cannot get to it.Then calculate I was there, I bought the exact same lamp to replace the unusable lone. Same business: about a month later, it bunged effective. It would spontaneously dim then not stay on at all.I tenderness IKEA. Semi our furniture is early IKEA. This is the single IKEA manufactured goods I've always been disappointed including.
- BklynMom

A reduced amount of than 10 hours into its lifetime the lamp flickers and dims. Mine is doubtless a defective element, but I'm unimpressed nonetheless. I bought a lamp, not a light show.

Boston Red Sox Rotating Desk Lamp Best Review

Boston Red Sox Rotating Desk Lamp Best ReviewThis lamp adds a very nice touch to my son's room which is decorated in Red Sox. It has a nice cozy glow when it's on. I'm still paranoid to leave it on for too long even if as it has a warning to not leave on more than 8 hours. It doesn't add much light to the room..it's almost more like a nighttime light but it's still very nice and adds reputation to the room.

Sheriff: Former NFL star Aaron Hernandez in jailhouse fight

  • Authorities investigate jailhouse fight between Aaron Hernandez, another inmate
  • Neither man was seriously injured in the altercation
  • Former NFL star is being held on a first-degree murder charge in death of Odin Lloyd

(CNN) -- Former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez was involved in an "altercation with another inmate" at the Bristol County House of Correction and Jail in Massachusetts, a county sheriff's department spokesman said Wednesday.

Hernandez, 24, who is being held on first-degree murder and weapons charges in the shooting death last year of his friend Odin Lloyd, had the altercation with an unidentified inmate Tuesday, said Bernie Sullivan, a spokesman for the Bristol County Sheriff's Office.

Neither man was seriously injured. Sullivan said the incident was under investigation.

Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez appears at a bail hearing on Thursday, June 27, in Fall River Superior Court in Fall River, Massachusetts. He was denied bail and is charged with murder in the death of semipro football player Odin Lloyd.Hernandez is brought into the Attleboro, Massachusetts, District Court for his arraignment Wednesday, June 26. Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson told CNN that jail officials will be looking at how the two came into contact because "no more than one inmate is supposed to be out at a time" in the unit where Hernandez is housed.

Hernandez's lawyer could not be reached for comment.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.

Authorities have said that Hernandez and two other men picked up Lloyd from his Boston apartment in a rental car shortly before he was found shot to death on June 17.

Surveillance cameras then captured the rental car leaving the crime scene and Hernandez carrying a gun as he returned to his home minutes later, according to authorities.

CNN's Susan Candiotti contributed to this report.
